Electrical panel bill of materials (BOM)
Every panel in P1C Select has a bill of materials grouped by component family, with part number, manufacturer, quantity and waste. Options are toggled without rebuilding the list.
Where the list comes from
- The panel template (drive, accessories, general materials…).
- The drive configurator: drive, protection, reactors, filters and accessories.
- The panel designer, from the electrical model.
- Importing an Excel costing sheet to add missing products.
Catalog and costs
Components come from the master catalog with cost history; a missing product is requested and approved by purchasing.
A component without a current cost is flagged as pending so the proposal never goes out with incomplete amounts.
